Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and driven AI/ML Trainer to join our technical training team in Kochi. This role is ideal for junior professionals, fresh graduates, or technical enthusiasts looking to build a strong career foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning instruction. Core Responsibilities Conduct instructional sessions and practical lab demonstrations in AI and Machine Learning fundamentals.Guide students and trainees through foundational concepts including Python programming, data preprocessing, and core libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn).Assist in building, updating, and refining training curricula, lecture notes, and assignments.Provide mentorship and technical troubleshooting support during hands-on project sessions.Evaluate trainee assignments, assessments, and capstone projects to gauge learning milestones.Key Requirements & Skills Strong fundamental knowledge of Python programming and core AI/ML concepts (Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Regression, Classification).Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to explain technical complexities clearly.Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related analytical discipline.Prior experience in teaching, academic mentoring, or presenting technical seminars is highly advantageous.A collaborative team player with a structured, patient approach to student learning.What We Offer Fixed monthly compensation of 10,000/- INR.Exposure to enterprise-level software workflows and technical insights.A clear, structured growth path to transition into senior instructional or core research & development roles.Compensation: 8,000.00 - 10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
