Data Lead- D365 Data Migration Area(s) of responsibility 12+ years of experience in data management and migration, with 5+ years specifically in D365 data migration (Sales, Project Operations, F&O) Strong experience in ERP and CRM data migration programs, preferably Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem Strong Data Engineering & Reporting experience with Microsoft Fabrics Deep understanding of business processes across sales, finance, and project operations domains Proven experience in data mapping, data modeling, and impact assessment on enterprise architecture Hands-on experience with data migration tools and technologies (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Power Platform Dataflows, KingswaySoft, etc.) Strong understanding of data entities, dual-write, data integration patterns, and D365 data frameworks (DMF) Experience working with integration platforms and data flows across systems Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and master data management (MDM) Experience delivering in Agile and DevOps environments (Azure DevOps preferred) Experience Level Senior Level .
