The Manager will be responsible for sourcing and generating Equipment Loan business through direct customer acquisition, equipment dealers, manufacturers, vendors, and channel partners. The role involves building strong business relationships, identifying new market opportunities, coordinating loan processing activities, and achieving business and disbursement targets while ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business leads for equipment and machinery loans in the assigned territory. - Source loan business through manufacturers, dealers, vendors, channel partners, and direct customer acquisition. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with equipment dealers, suppliers, and business associates. - Conduct customer meetings and field visits to identify financing requirements and business opportunities. - Collect, verify, and ensure completeness of customer documents required for loan processing. - Assess customer profiles and coordinate with the credit team for loan appraisal and approval. - Liaise with operations and credit teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing and disbursement. - Monitor loan applications and provide regular follow-up until loan sanction and disbursement. - Identify and develop new markets, dealer networks, and customer segments to expand business. - Achieve assigned business, portfolio, and disbursement targets. - Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines. - Support collection and portfolio management activities whenever required. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline. - Experience in Equipment Finance or NBFC/Banking sales preferred. - Solid sales, relationship management, and business development skills. - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and achieve targets. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
