The role ensures system reliability, compliance with safety standards, and high customer satisfaction through timely service delivery. What we look for: 1. Installation & Commissioning Install and commission systems such as: Building Management Systems (BMS) / PLC-based control systems Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Fire Suppression systems CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm Systems Conduct system testing and ensure proper integration Validate performance as per technical and safety standards 2. Maintenance & Servicing Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems Conduct periodic inspections and system health checks Ensure minimal downtime through proactive maintenance 3. Troubleshooting & Fault Resolution Diagnose issues in control panels, sensors, wiring, and field devices Troubleshoot PLCs, controllers, fire panels, and security devices Execute timely repairs and escalate complex issues when required 4. Customer Support Interface with clients to understand issues and provide solutions Ensure adherence to SLAs and service timelines Provide user training and system guidance 5. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
