ETL Test Analyst Lead Consultant

Job Description: Position Name: ETL Test Analyst Location: Pune/Mumbai Minimum Relevant Experience: 5-8 Years Start Date: Immediate Key Skills: ETL testing test plans test scenarios and test cases. QA Associate QA Associate evaluates systems and develops test processes to improve the reliability and maintainability of products and applications. Working independently this job supports the functional and automation testing of various systems applications and databases. Required Skills: Extensive hands-on experience in ETL testing including data extraction transformation and load validation across multiple database platforms and data warehouses. Strong expertise in database testing using SQL queries to validate data accuracy integrity referential integrity and business rule implementation. Proven experience testing Asset Management systems including portfolio management trading platforms investment accounting and regulatory reporting applications. Deep understanding of Asset Management business processes including securities processing position reconciliation NAV calculations and performance attribution. Hands-on experience with data validation techniques including source-to-target mapping verification data quality checks and reconciliation testing. Proficient in designing and executing test strategies for data migration projects and data warehouse implementations. Experience creating detailed test plans test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and data specifications for ETL processes and Asset Management workflows. Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology within Asset Management and financial services environments. Key Responsibilities and Duties Define the test strategies for Automation Regression and Smoke Testing. Effectively manage and lead a test team. Understand and implement the testing processes. Prepare automation test plans. Deploy and manage test frameworks. Identify and communicate risks during test planning and execution phases. Own (Lead) the end-to-end testing tasks like scoping estimation planning work allocation resource management test design & execution defect management progress tracking & status reporting management reporting UAT support test closure etc. Plan & coordinate for timely availability of the test data & environments Proactively communicate and collaborate with project teams test teams and support partners across US & India Ensure that all test execution activities are conducted for projects per procedure / requirements. Self-starter highly organized; Works well with all functional levels in the organization; excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; high level of business management and facilitation skill; capability to resolve complex problems with minimum confusion frustration and inconveniences for all parties concerned.
