Required Skills 45 years of experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and .NET (C#/.NET Core or .NET Framework). Experience with query optimization, performance tuning, execution plans, indexing, DBA backup, recovery, security, monitoring, and high availability. Hands-on experience with SSIS, ETL, data migration, data transformation, and cloud databases. Experience with ADO.NET, Entity Framework, Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies. Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude for development, debugging, analysis, and documentation where appropriate.
