About the Role : We are looking for a highly customer-focused Senior Implementation Engineer to lead complex enterprise customer onboardings and technical implementations. This role combines technical problem-solving, data migration expertise, automation development, and customer engagement to ensure successful deployments for large-scale B2B SaaS customers. You will work closely with customers, Account Managers, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to drive seamless onboarding experiences while building scalable implementation frameworks and automation capabilities. Key Responsibilities : 1. Customer Implementation & Onboarding : - Lead end-to-end technical implementation and onboarding for enterprise customers from kickoff to go-live. - Understand customer business processes, billing workflows, data structures, and integration requirements. - Design onboarding plans, manage dependencies, and proactively identify implementation risks. - Configure customer accounts, business rules, pricing models, and system setups based on customer requirements. - Validate implementation accuracy and ensure customer expectations are met throughout the onboarding journey. - Serve as the primary technical point of contact during implementation and go-live phases. 2. Data Migration & Integration : - Lead large-scale data migrations from legacy platforms and custom systems. - Design and develop migration frameworks, ETL workflows, and reconciliation processes. - Build robust data transformation, validation, and quality assurance mechanisms. - Integrate third-party systems using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and related integration technologies. - Create migration reports and validation frameworks to ensure implementation accuracy and data integrity. - Troubleshoot complex integration, migration, and deployment challenges. 3. Automation & Platform Enablement : - Develop Python-based automation frameworks to streamline enterprise onboarding processes. - Build reusable tools, templates, and implementation accelerators. - Create dashboards and internal utilities to track onboarding progress and operational health. - Establish best practices, implementation playbooks, and scalable onboarding methodologies. - Drive continuous improvements by identifying opportunities to eliminate manual effort through automation. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration : - Partner closely with Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. - Manage customer expectations, project timelines, and technical deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and solution recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders. - Escalate implementation risks, product gaps, and recurring customer challenges. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to raising implementation quality standards. Requirements : - 4+ years of experience in Implementation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Forward Deployed Engineering, or customer-facing technical roles. - Proven experience leading enterprise customer implementations and complex SaaS onboarding projects. - Strong hands-on Python development experience for automation, ETL pipelines, data transformation, and migration frameworks. - Expertise in REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and system integrations. - Strong SQL skills with experience working on relational databases; PostgreSQL experience is highly preferred. - Experience handling large-scale data migration, CSV processing, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. - Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS architectures and customer onboarding workflows. - Experience collaborating directly with customers during implementation, deployment, or integration engagements. - Proven ability to work closely with Account Managers, Customer Success, Sales, and Business stakeholders. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience implementing Billing, Subscription Management, ERP, Revenue Operations, Finance, or related business platforms. - Exposure to workflow automation, integration platforms, and enterprise data migration tools. - Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS product companies. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, event-driven systems, and scalable SaaS architectures.
