Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow UI / Experience Engineer / Playbook Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow UX frameworks, Workspace development, UI Builder, and Playbook implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building modern user experiences, configuring Playbooks, integrating workflows, and enabling workspace-driven execution within the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly, and workflow-driven solutions.
