Required Skills - 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow experience. - Robust expertise in ServiceNow Platform Architecture and Administration. - Hands-on experience with: - ITSM - ITOM - ITAM - CMDB - Service Catalog - Incident Management - Change Management - Problem Management - Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Workflow Automation. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and integrations. - Experience implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. - Understanding of ServiceNow security, governance, and platform best practices. - Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. .
