Service Now Automation Consultant (Pune)

Location: Bangalore / Pune (Hybrid) Pune 1st Priority. Role Summary Highly experienced ServiceNow Expert / Architect to lead end -to -end platform implementations, enhancements, and enterprise -scale transformations. The role will focus on driving solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and enterprise workflow automation , while ensuring strong alignment with monitoring, observability, cloud, and DevOps ecosystems . Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules - Drive CMDB strategy, data model design, and governance ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance - Implement and optimize Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management to enable real -time infrastructure visibility and service health monitoring - Build and enhance enterprise workflows and automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and orchestration capabilities - Develop custom applications, scoped apps, UI components, and plugins as per complex business requirements - Lead platform integrations with third -party systems such as monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps toolchains - Design and implement REST and SOAP APIs , webhooks, and mid -server -based integrations - Establish and enforce platform governance, security, and best practices aligned with enterprise architecture standards - Enable end -to -end observability integration by correlating events, alerts, logs, and incidents across monitoring and ServiceNow platforms - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams and stakeholders - Support large -scale digital transformation programs , ensuring high performance, scalability, and resilience Mandatory Skills - Robust expertise in ServiceNow core modules: - ITSM, ITOM, ITAM - Hands -on experience with: - CMDB architecture and governance - Discovery & Service Mapping - Event Management & Alert Correlation - Strong scripting and development skills: - JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts - Workflow & automation: - Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration - Integration expertise: - REST & SOAP APIs, MID Server configurations - Experience working with monitoring and observability platforms integration - Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes Preferred Skills - Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and custom plugin development - Experience integrating with Observability & Monitoring tools : - Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Prometheus, Grafana - Exposure to cloud platforms : - AWS, Azure, or GCP - Familiarity with DevOps toolchains : - Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) - Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: - Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation - Experience in AI Ops / Event correlation / automation frameworks - Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture .
