Want to join KANINI We are looking for someone who is well-versed with the ServiceNow platform which supports IT Service Management to automate business processes. As a Developer ServiceNow, you will be designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform. You will also manage the platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary. You Are All Set To Design, develop, and implement solutions and other supporting modules like ITSB, ITBM, ITAM, and ITOM to address complex business issues. You Are Someone Who - Effectively working with stakeholders both internally and externally to the organisation. - Understand business requirements and implement technical requirements while working with standard design principles. - Engage with the Architect and Team Leads to produce high-level and /or detailed design of requirements. - Estimating development effort for requirements. - Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SecOps) - Drive process optimisation, efficiencies and productivity using automation. - Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues. - Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements. - Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes. - Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers. - Design quality features and thinks about how the applications and solutions will evolve in the future. - Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment - Having a strong focus on code quality and reusability You Bring In - Minimum 3.5 years of ServiceNow Design and Development experience apart from support/admin. - Good to have any ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification or Application Developer Certification. - ITSM/ITBM/ITOM/Security Ops/GRC development experience (Positive to have). - Hand on experience in Integration of third-party API's - Primary skills: ServiceNow ITSM/GRC Dev engineer. - Must be CSA certified and great plus if certified as Implementation specialist. - Hands On Experience in Integration of API's. We Prefer Minimum years of experience: 3 years in ServiceNow development (Not administration). Your Qualification Is B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/MSc (preferably in Computer Science/IT) .
