: Role Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer skilled across both App Engine and Workspace modules. The resource will work as an embedded member of the delivery team, building custom applications and agent-facing workspaces, and supporting ongoing enhancements through the full development lifecycle design, build, test, and deployment. Key Responsibilities: App Engine - Design and develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine Studio. - Build Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, and Script Includes. - Develop forms, tables, and relationships aligned with business requirements. - Manage update sets and promote changes across Dev, UAT, and Production environments. Workspace - Configure and customize ServiceNow Workspace using UI Builder. - Design workspace layouts, contextual panels, and agent-facing components. - Integrate workspace views with ITSM, CSM, or custom application data. - Troubleshoot workspace rendering issues and support ongoing enhancements. General - Develop and configure Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions. - Build REST API integrations with third-party and internal enterprise systems. - Create and execute ATF (Automated Test Framework) test cases. - Handle bug fixes, incident resolution, and performance troubleshooting. - Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 58 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. - Solid working knowledge of App Engine Studio and UI Builder. - Proficient in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies. - Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST API integrations. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and update set management. - Experience working across Dev, UAT, and Production environments. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CAD or other line certifications preferred. - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently within a distributed team. .
