We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in integrations, automation, and Event Management (AIOps). The role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that enable intelligent IT operations through automation, monitoring, and remediation. You will collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners in an Agile delivery model, focusing on end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow Event Management and integrations. Key Responsibilities- Integration & Automation Development - Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, PowerShell scripting, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of MID Server architecture. - Implementation experience of Agent Client Collector - Configure and maintain MID Web Server for automation and monitoring use cases. - Build reusable workflows and solutions in Flow Designer to orchestrate remedial and automated actions. - Ensure integration solutions follow best practices for scalability, security, and performance. Event Management & AIOps - Implement and configure ServiceNow Event Management application to enable proactive monitoring. - Configure and tune event correlation rules, alert aggregation, and dashboards in Service Operations Workspace. - Develop automation to trigger remedial and self-healing actions for incidents/events. - Drive adoption of AIOps practices across IT Operations for improved reliability and service availability. CMDB & CSDM Governance - Good understanding about CMDB and CSDM Framework - Knowledge of CI Binding and Event Correlation. Collaboration & Delivery - Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, monitoring, security, cloud) to deliver integrated solutions. - Provide documentation, training, and handover for developed solutions. - Ensure high-quality coding standards and conduct peer reviews. Required Experience & Skills - 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow Event Management & AIOps. - Strong expertise in: - MID Server architecture - Agent Client Collector - REST integrations - JavaScript & PowerShell scripting - Flow Designer / IntegrationHub - Experience with ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM framework. - Knowledge of event correlation, impact analysis, and automated remediation. - Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. - Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global agile team. Preferred Qualifications: - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Event Management. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer. - Experience with cloud monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Agent Client Collector). - Implementation Experience of Agent Client Collector. - Experience with Metric Intelligence and Health Log Analytics will be considered an added advantage. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
