Job Title: Workday Reporting Lead Experience: 8+ years Job Type: Contract Duration: 3 months (Extendable) Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Workday Certification is mandatory. Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reporting Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in reporting, dashboards development, and implementation projects. This role requires the ability to lead, design, review, and develop complex reports and dashboards for business and operational needs. Key Responsibilities: 1) Lead and Manage Reporting Projects: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of reports and dashboards. Lead the reporting team in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reporting solutions. Design & Develop Reports: Design and develop complex reports and interactive dashboards tailored to meet business requirements.Prism Experience: Experience with Prism or similar tools is a plus.Review & Optimize Reports: Regularly review existing reports and dashboards to identify areas of improvement. Optimize reports for performance and usability.Implementation Projects: Play a key role in the implementation of reporting solutions for projects, ensuring that they align with the organizations strategic goals and business objectives. Required Skills Experience: 8+ years of experience in reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence.Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. .
