Role Description This is a full time, on-site SAP ABAP and BTP RAP Developer role based in Hyderabad. The developer will design, develop, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP and the RAP programming model on SAP BTP, ensuring high performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and optimizing business logic, working with IDocs and BAPIs for integrations, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and performing unit testing and documentation. The role involves collaborating with functional consultants, project managers, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into robust SAP solutions, as well as supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and performance improvements. Qualifications - Strong programming foundation, including Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills relevant to SAP development. - Hands-on experience with Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), including classical and modern ABAP techniques. - Practical knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as IDoc and BAPI for building and maintaining interfaces. - Experience with SAP BTP and the RAP model, including developing cloud-ready SAP applications (preferred). - Understanding of SAP modules and business processes, with the ability to translate requirements into technical designs. - Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, unit testing, and adhering to secure coding and quality standards. - Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams on-site. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage. .
