Hiring: Sales Executive Spine Products (Medical Instruments & Implants) Location: Chennai & Nearby locations Experience: Should have minimum 2 years in Spine Products Sales Industry: Medical Devices / Orthopedics About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with hands-on experience in marketing and selling Spine products. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with spine surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare institutions, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic and spine surgeons, hospitals, and distributors. Promote and sell Spine implants, instruments, and related medical products. Provide product demonstrations and technical support during surgeries when required. Coordinate with surgeons and operation theatre staff to ensure smooth product availability. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Generate new business opportunities while managing existing accounts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit plans. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in selling Spine products in the medical device industry (mandatory). Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or any relevant field. Strong knowledge of spine implants, surgical procedures, and operating room protocols. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Valid driving license is preferred. Preferred Skills Existing network with spine surgeons and orthopedic hospitals is a plus. Experience handling premium spine implant brands.
