Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager Field Sales Executive based in the Greater Chennai Area. The role involves meeting prospective and existing customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable products from Policybazaar.coms portfolio. The Relationship Manager will manage end-to-end sales cycles, including lead follow-up, product explanation, documentation support, and policy issuance coordination. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving assigned sales targets, and providing post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to share market feedback, improve processes, and support local business growth initiatives. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing deals.Customer relationship management capabilities, such as active listening, consultative selling, and handling objections with professionalism.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance products in clear, simple terms.Solid organizational and time-management skills to manage field visits, customer meetings, and reporting efficiently.Comfort with using digital tools and mobile/online platforms for policy applications, documentation, and customer follow-up.Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or field sales is highly beneficial.Bachelors degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.Ability to work primarily in the field within the Greater Chennai Area and adapt to a target-driven environment. .
