We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales contracts, and managing client relationships from initial contact to final closing. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Core Responsibilities Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, inbound leads, and open houses.Client Consultation: Interview prospective clients to determine their specific property needs, financial capabilities, and preferences.Property Showings: Schedule, organize, and conduct detailed property viewings and site visits for potential buyers.Market Analysis: Perform comparative market research to estimate property values and advise clients on competitive pricing strategies.Deal Negotiation: Act as an intermediary to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to secure a fair deal for all parties involved.Transaction Management: Oversee the preparation of legally binding paperwork, including purchase agreements, leases, deeds, and closing statements.Relationship Management: Maintain an updated client database via CRM tools to nurture long-term relationships and generate repeat business.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions strictly adhere to local housing laws and financial policies.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement.Lead-to-conversion success rate.Average time taken to close a property deal.Client satisfaction and referral rates.Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 13 years of proven sales experience as a Real Estate Agent, Broker, or Sales Executive.Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Licensure: Valid state real estate agent or broker license (if required by local regulations).Tech Savvy: Proficiency with real estate CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office.Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills.Mobility: Possession of a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle to commute to property sites.Benefits and Compensation Competitive base salary with an attractive, uncapped commission structure.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options.Paid time off (PTO) and annual performance bonuses.Continuous professional development, training, and mentorship programs.Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementFlexible scheduleWork Location: In person .
