We are looking for an experienced Site Incharge / Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day civil construction activities across project sites in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in RCC works, Reinforcement Steel (Sariya), Shuttering (Formwork), and Concrete Execution, along with the ability to supervise labour teams, coordinate with contractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.Execute and monitor RCC works, including Reinforcement Steel (Sariya), Shuttering (Formwork), and Concrete Execution.Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and workmanship.Labour & Contractor Management Supervise labour teams and allocate daily work.Coordinate with labour contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project engineers.Monitor labour productivity and ensure adequate manpower availability.Resolve day-to-day site execution issues efficiently.Material & Documentation Monitor material consumption and raise material requirements in advance.Maintain daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and site documentation.Assist in quantity measurements, billing support, and project reporting.Share daily progress updates and site photographs with the management team.Safety & Compliance Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and PPE usage.Maintain site discipline and follow company safety protocols.Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality standards.Required Qualifications Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.25 years of experience in civil construction or RCC projects.Strong knowledge of Reinforcement Steel (Sariya), Shuttering (Formwork), and Concrete Works.Ability to read and understand construction drawings.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site documentation.Good communication and team management skills.Willingness to travel across project sites within Delhi NCR.Preferred Experience Residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.Independent site execution.Labour and contractor management.Handling multiple construction activities simultaneously.Benefits Provident Fund (PF)Health InsuranceCell Phone ReimbursementPaid Sick LeavePerformance-Based IncentivesCareer Growth OpportunitiesJob Details Shift: Day ShiftEmployment Type: Full-TimeTravel Requirement: Within Delhi NCR (as per project requirements)Work Location: Delhi NCRWork Mode: On-SiteSalary: 25,000 40,000 per month Candidates with hands-on experience in RCC construction and site management who are willing to travel within Delhi NCR are encouraged to apply.
