Designation: Underwriter I (US P & C Insurance) Shift 5:30pm to 2:30am (Night Shift) Experience Required 6 to 8 years of overall experience 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in US P & C underwriting Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and underwrite US P & C (US Workers Compensation) policies as per underwriting guidelines Assess risk exposure and determine appropriate coverage, terms, and pricing for new business and renewals/existing business Review submission application including loss runs, financials, census, operational details and evaluate the risk Ensure compliance with underwriting standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal teams (brokers, agents, operations) Maintain detailed and accurate records of underwriting decisions, activities, and communication for auditing purposes Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in policy issuance Support renewals and endorsements .
