Software Eng, Sr Professional(Cloud Infrastructure) (Pune)

Responsibilities - Troubleshoot complex problems that may span the full service stack. - Deploy and update applications within our systems foundation (compute, storage, network, etc.). - Operate our large scale Kubernetes Clusters in both clouds and Colocation data centers. - Proactively monitor and manage the availability of infrastructure and applications. - Be a part of the Cloud Infrastructure team on-call rotation for escalations. - Design code and operate core backend software components to manage Infrastructure.Build automation to enable the cloud to be automatically maintainable. Code primarily using Golang, Python. - Interface with application development teams to incorporate requirements. - Work closely with other engineering teams to eliminate technical debt. - Join the Cloud Infrastructure on-call rotation, collaborating with global teams to ensure 24/7 system availability and rapid incident resolution. Qualifications - 5+ years experience operating a SaaS platform as DevOps engineer - Software Engineering Fundamentals: Foundation in software engineering principles. - Software development experience in Python and/or Go - Experience managing Kubernetes clusters - Robust networking fundamentals - Experience with tooling to manage GitOps deployments (ArgoCD) - Understanding of the Linux operating system and Shell scripting - Experience with Containerization Preferred Qualifications - Experience designing distributed systems - Experience working with observability stack - Experience with Public Clouds (AWS,OCI) and Infrastructure as a code (Terraform) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to work collaboratively across and within teams Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
