JD (ONLY EXPERIENCED) GRADE - SPE (2-5 years) Project Role - Case Processing Associate Responsibilities - Book-in, full data entry, narrative writing/I-Narrative, medical coding, product coding, self-check of online QC tool, un-blinding (if required), case routing, case lock/closure where applicable, and labeling including USPI labeling. Minimum Educational Qualification- Graduate/Postgraduate/Doctorate degree in Life sciences/Pharmacy/Medical sciences or equivalent degree Required Working Experience & Language Competencies - 1-2 years of safety case processing experience in Pharmacovigilance Safety databases like Veeva Safety Database, Argus. Fluency in English GRADE- SME (2+ years) Project Role - QC/post lock case processing Quality Review (QR) associate Responsibilities - Quality check of fatal & responsible cases, to keep daily track of quality metrics of the case-processing defects, communication of quality metrics to case processing associates and discussion about steps taken to correct the errors, ensure the quality of the deliverable is as expected Minimum Educational Qualification- Graduate/Postgraduate/Doctorate degree in Life sciences/Pharmacy/Medical sciences or equivalent degree Required Working Experience & Language Competencies - 2+ years of safety case processing/quality review experience in Pharmacovigilance safety databases like Veeva Safety and Argus.
