Lead Analyst

Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Analysts and Associates, ensuring the delivery of high-quality research reports and client deliverables. Conduct primary and secondary research to develop market research reports, white papers, and due diligence reports across global healthcare markets. Analyze company filings, media sources, and industry data to generate actionable insights and compelling business stories. Engage with clients on consulting assignments, proposals, and discussions while supporting business development initiatives. Contribute to team growth by participating in hiring and developing top research talent. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Market Research, preferably within the Healthcare domain. Strong quantitative, analytical, and research skills with excellent written and verbal communication. Hands-on experience in forecasting and data visualization techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). A curious mindset, strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
