Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Area of Responsibility & Description Supplier Capacity - Monitor competitive and regulatory trends impacting supplier capacity and EV adoption; take proactive actions to safeguard LMM capacity - Identify and resolve capacity constraints through debottlenecking, expansion, and multi-sourcing strategies - Optimize shared supplier capacities across LMM, Auto Division, and Farm Division to protect production volumes - Drive capacity expansion through FTG, tooling, die additions, and process improvements - Lead capacity planning and execution for ECNs, model transitions, and carryover parts post-CDMM handover Execution & Governance - Ensure strong on-ground engagement at supplier locations to drive execution excellence - Deliver supplier capacity expansion projects on time with transparent milestones and accountability - Enable swift, data-driven decision-making through structured reviews and escalations Stakeholder Management - Align with CPPC and SCM teams to integrate supplier capacity with Long-Term Planning (LTP) and forecast requirements - Collaborate closely with SCM, Manufacturing, Quality, CDMM, and SSU to align capacity plans with business demand Team Management - Build, lead, and develop the Capacity Planning & Expansion team - Establish robust ways of working, accountability frameworks, and performance management practices Experience 16+ years of experience Industry Preferred Automotive Qualifications BTech Mandatory with MBA (Preferred) Interview Feedback Overall Feedback Capacity & Resource Planning\" Capacity Planning for New Products.
