We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Interior Team Lead to drive business growth by converting leads into customers, ensuring seamless client onboarding, managing the design process, and leading a team of interior designers. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of sales expertise, design understanding, leadership, and client relationship management to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibility Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable design solutions. Conduct client meetings, consultations, and site discussions to identify customer needs. Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, quotations, and project proposals. Negotiate pricing and close sales while achieving monthly revenue targets. Drive additional revenue through upselling modular furniture, dcor, furnishings, and other value-added services. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every client after sales closure. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle. Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely updates. Manage client expectations, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ensure successful project completion and seamless handover. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of interior designers. Allocate projects, monitor team performance, and ensure timely delivery of design outputs. Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the design team. Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and customer service excellence. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Good years of experience in interior design sales, residential interiors, or client relationship management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in sales closing and achieving revenue targets. Strong understanding of residential interior design, modular furniture, and space planning. Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills. Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and regional languages. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
