Account Management: Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Negotiation: Negotiate payment plans and settlements that align with company policies and client capabilities. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection practices. Customer Service: Address client inquiries and disputes professionally and effectively to foster positive relationships. Qualifications: Graduate in any stream or a related field (preferred). Young energetic freshers or experience in field collections (1-3 years). Good communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency and experience with collection software.
