SIOP Analyst Job Role : SIOP Analyst Location : Thane, India Head Office Reports To : Director SIOP Demand Planning About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Analyst to join our SIOP team. This role is critical to aligning demand, supply, and capacity planning across our data center infrastructure ensuring we deliver on growth commitments while optimizing cost and asset utilization. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain integrated demand and supply plans for data center hardware, components, and infrastructure equipmentFacilitate monthly SIOP cycles including demand review, supply review, and executive S&OP meetingsAnalyze demand signals from sales, capacity planning, and customer forecasts to build consensus demand plansMonitor inventory levels (servers, networking gear, power/cooling equipment) and flag risks related to excess, obsolescence, or shortagesCollaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Engineering, Capacity Planning, Finance, and Commercial teams to resolve supply-demand imbalancesBuild and maintain planning models and dashboards to provide visibility into KPIs (forecast accuracy, plan attainment, inventory turns, lead times)Identify and quantify risks and opportunities; recommend scenario-based mitigation strategiesDrive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and data qualityQualifications RequiredBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field35 years of experience in demand/supply planning, S&OP, or supply chain analyticsStrong proficiency in Excel and planning/BI tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Power BI, Tableau)Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals lead times, safety stock, MRP logicExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailStrong communication skills; ability to present insights to senior leadershipPreferredExperience in data center, hyperscale, or technology infrastructure environmentsFamiliarity with long lead-time procurement (semiconductors, power systems, mechanical/electrical equipment)APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP)Experience with statistical forecasting methods or demand sensing toolsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work at the intersection of technology and supply chain at scaleHigh-visibility role with direct impact on business growth and capital efficiencyCollaborative, fast-paced environment with career development supportCompetitive compensation, benefits, and flexible work arrangementsExperience Level Mid Level . .
