Role Summary In this role, the ideal candidate will design, build, and configure applications that support business processes and meet application requirements for ARA's Client. They will lead a team, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP for Utilities Billing.Collaborate and manage the team to drive application development.Engage with cross-functional teams to contribute to key decisions.Identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.Coordinate with teams for seamless integration of applications.Support junior team members in their development tasks.Ensure applications meet operational goals effectively.Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 12 years of experience with at least 7 years in SAP for Utilities Billing.Strong understanding of application design principles.Experience in configuring enterprise applications.Ability to analyze complex business processes.Familiarity with integration techniques and tools.Nice to Have Experience with cloud-based solutions.Knowledge of Agile methodologies.Certifications in SAP technologies. .
