Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts and record financial transactions accuratelyAssist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reportsHandle accounts payable and accounts receivable processesPerform bank and ledger reconciliations regularlySupport budgeting activities and track expenses against budgetsAssist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filingsPrepare documentation for audits and assist auditors during audit processesIdentify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and financial recordsProcess payroll and maintain payroll recordsEnsure proper documentation and confidentiality of financial informationMaintain backups of financial data and records Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B. Com preferred)Semi-qualified Chartered Accountants (CA Inter/IPCC) are preferred.23 years of relevant experience in accounting or financeGood understanding of accounting principles (GAAP basics)Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory complianceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills:Experience in startup or technology-driven companiesExposure to audit processes and financial reportingBasic understanding of international/US accounting (added advantage) #Immediate Joiners are preferred. .
