SySpree Digital is Hiring: Digital Client Servicing Executive Location: Thane, Mumbai Work Mode: Work From Office (Full-Time) Experience: 2 4 Years We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Digital Client Servicing Executive with a strong digital agency background to manage client relationships, coordinate project execution, and ensure seamless delivery of digital marketing and website development projects. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams Coordinate with SEO, Website Development, Design, and Content teams to ensure timely project execution Schedule client meetings, prepare MOMs, and provide regular project updates Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and support Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met Manage multiple client accounts in a rapid-paced agency environment Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions Requirements 24 years of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management Prior experience in a Digital Marketing or Web Development Agency is preferred Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Website Development, and SEO processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Mumbai-based candidates only Willing to work from the Thane office Apply: - Contact: 8976810289 / 8976810292 .
