Join us in our mission to bring natural and nutritious food back to the table. We're on the lookout for a highly driven, growth- and target-oriented, articulate, and field-ready Sales Executive to help us scale our FMCG food brand across Premium Retail in Mumbai. If you've worked closely with modern trade and general trade and love building brands from the ground up, this role is for you. Onboard and manage retail stores across Mumbai (MT, GT, retail chains, societies, communities etc.). Generate leads and onboard B2B/B2C clients-primarily retail stores (MT, GT, Retail Chains, etc.) and conduct events across societies and different venues to promote the brand and products. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in Excel. Represent the brand professionally during all client and community interactions. Prior experience in FMCG (food) with direct connections with retail stores across Mumbai. Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Hindi and/or Gujarati proficiency is a strong plus. Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets Proficiency: Must know how to maintain trackers, use basic formulas, and manage lead data. Client Management Experience: Minimum 3 years in a client-facing, sales, or business development role. Field-Readiness: Comfortable meeting clients in person, setting up and conducting sampling events. Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and schedules efficiently. Professional Appearance & Conduct: You are the face of our brand warm, trustworthy, and well-groomed. Basic understanding of nutrition, clean-label, or health food trends. Ability to create simple sales decks or presentations for clients. Flexible availability on weekends for events. Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
