The Accounts Excecutive is responsible for managing financial records, export-related accounting, compliance, and coordination with banks, auditors, and logistics teams. The role ensures accurate handling of export transactions, documentation, and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities 1. General Accounting - Maintain and update financial records (AP, AR, bank statements) - Prepare journal entries, ledger postings, and reconciliation - Handle invoice processing and payment follow-ups - Manage vendor and customer accounts 2. Export Accounting & Documentation - Prepare export invoices, packing lists, and debit/credit notes - Accounting of export sales, foreign currency transactions, and adjustments - Coordinate with logistics/export team for shipment and documentation - Maintain export documentation records (Invoice, BL, Shipping Bills, etc.) - Handle advance receipts, LC (Letter of Credit), and export remittances 3. Banking & Forex Handling - Coordinate with banks for export documents submission - Monitor foreign inward remittance certificates (FIRC) - Handle forex gain/loss accounting - Follow-up for realization of export proceeds 4. Compliance & Taxation - Ensure GST compliance (exports under LUT / IGST refunds) - Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns - Knowledge of export benefits (Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, etc.) - Ensure compliance with FEMA and RBI regulations 5. Reporting & Analysis - Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow) - Analyze financial data for discrepancies and improvements - Assist in budgeting and forecasting - Generate MIS reports for management 6. Audit & Coordination - Support internal and statutory audits - Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and stakeholders - Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions 7.
