Job Summary We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Team Lead Secured Vertical with experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate will be responsible for driving secured loan sales, managing a sales team, coordinating with DSAs/channel partners, and ensuring achievement of business targets. Candidates with prior experience in Banking, NBFCs, Financial Services, or Fintech sectors will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Team Management Lead and manage Relationship Executives to achieve business targets Monitor team productivity and daily sales performance Conduct regular team meetings, follow-ups, and performance reviews Motivate and guide team members for better business generation Sales & Business Development Drive sales for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) Generate current business opportunities through market activities and references Coordinate with DSAs, channel partners, and real estate agents for lead generation Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets Customer Relationship Management Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan process Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently Build long-term customer relationships Operational Coordination Ensure smooth loan processing and documentation Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and disbursements Monitor lead allocation and conversion status Ensure timely verification and completion of processes MIS & Reporting Maintain sales reports and team performance data Track lead status, closures, and productivity metrics Share regular MIS updates with management Basic invoice/billing coordination when required Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans or LAP sales Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Fintech industry preferred Prior team handling experience will be an added advantage Solid communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Good understanding of secured loan products and lending processes Ability to work in a target-driven environment Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting Required Skills Home Loans & LAP Sales Team Handling & Leadership Customer Relationship Management Sales & Business Development DSA/Channel Partner Coordination Banking & Lending Process Knowledge MS Excel & Reporting .
