Finance & Accounts Executive with only 1-2 years of experience (Chennai)

- Maintain books of accounts and record day-to-day financial transactions - Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and ledger accounts - Handle accounts payable and receivable functions - Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing - Prepare invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and manage billing - Support statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, PF & ESI, or other local tax filings - Assist in audit preparation and respond to auditor queries - Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed Key skills: - Experience with tax compliance and statutory filings - Knowledge of payroll processing - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Focus ERP/Tally Prime or similar) - 1-2 years of experience is enough - Good Communication Walk-In Interview Mon- Friday (10.30 AM to 4.30 P.M.)
