You will prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings and disclosures, enhance processes and SOX controls, and partner across Accounting, Finance, and external auditors. To be successful in this role, you must be proactive, organized, and maintain steady ownership of recurring schedules (EPS, cash flows, stock comp). Ideal candidates will have external reporting experience at a publicly traded company or public accounting firm with SEC exposure. If you enjoy low-ego teams, learning new guidance, and can switch from drafting a memo to tagging XBRL without skipping a beat, you will thrive in this role.
