The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients (US/UK/AU regions) via voice callsHandle inbound/outbound customer interactions with professionalism and clarityUnderstand client requirements and provide accurate, timely resolutionsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through quality serviceBuild and maintain strong client relationships through effective communicationDocument customer interactions and updates in CRM systemsMeet or exceed defined performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, QA scores)Identify opportunities for process improvement or upselling (if applicable)Escalate critical or unresolved issues to appropriate teams Required Skills Excellent spoken English with neutral/global accentStrong client-handling and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage difficult conversations professionallyActive listening and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in night/rotational shifts Qualifications Graduate in any disciplineMandatory -2 to 7 years of experience in International Voice / Client-Facing roles Preferred Skills Experience handling global clients (US/UK/AU markets)Exposure to customer support, service delivery, or account managementSales or cross-selling experience (for blended processes)Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask .
