Key responsibilities include preparing Credit Approval Memos (CAMs), monitoring construction milestones, managing portfolio risk, and ensuring compliance with sanction terms. Key Responsibilities Credit Appraisal & Analysis: Evaluate developer credibility, financial statements, and project feasibility for Construction Finance and Inventory Funding. Loan Structuring: Lead the origination and structuring of loans, including negotiating terms, pricing, and processing fees. Documentation & Compliance: Manage security creation and ensure compliance with all pre-disbursement conditions. Portfolio Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, project milestones, and meet promoters.
