Hiring: Lead Customer Lending Solutions (Immediate Joiners only) Are you an experienced lending qualified with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences We are looking for a Lead Customer Lending Solutions to drive lending operations, lead high-performing teams, and ensure seamless execution across the customer lending lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Lead, develop, and coach a team of lending professionals to achieve business and operational objectives. - Oversee end-to-end lending operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Support and guide the team in managing complex lending applications and customer queries. - Review and approve lending decisions within delegated authority, ensuring accuracy and adherence to credit policies. - Drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. - Build a high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. - Ensure compliance with risk management, audit, and regulatory standards. Key Decisions - Implement operational initiatives to improve business excellence. - Support initiatives that strengthen customer experience, lending compliance, and enterprise control environments. Required Skills & Experience - Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in lending processes and credit assessment. - Strong leadership and people management experience. - Excellent customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. - High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Sound understanding of risk, compliance, and operational controls. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related discipline (preferred). Experience Required - Demonstrated experience in lending within the financial services industry. - Experience reviewing and approving lending applications. - Strong understanding of policy interpretation, verification requirements, and lending compliance. - Experience in identifying and escalating process or operational risks.Role & responsibilities Max Notice Period - 30 days or Immediate Joiners .
