About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Provide overnight customer support to US-based customers through Crisp Chat. 2. Handle inbound customer queries with timely, professional, and high-quality responses. 3. Prioritize support requests based on customer plans, giving preference to enterprise clients. 4. Troubleshoot product issues, including login, prompts, integrations, subscriptions, plans, and pricing, while providing step-by-step guidance or workarounds. 5. Escalate confirmed bugs, incidents, and high-priority issues to the product team with relevant screenshots, IDs, and customer impact details. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure uninterrupted service during US business hours. 7. Capture customer feedback and identify recurring product issues to support continuous product improvement.
