Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a CMA-qualified Senior Business Finance Analyst to partner with leadership on financial planning, product costing, pricing, and profitability. You will work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve margins, strengthen planning, and drive sustainable growth. This role is ideal for a cost-and-management accounting professional who wants ownership of high-impact commercial finance in a fast-scaling manufacturing business. Mandatory Qualification CMA (India) ICMAI qualified or Final cleared. Applications without CMA will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Own product costing and the pricing framework: raw material costs, manufacturing overheads, logistics, competitor pricing, and margin performance, recommending timely pricing revisions. Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning for business units. Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports and dashboards for senior management. Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. forecast vs. actuals) with actionable recommendations. Analyze product, customer, and channel profitability to identify growth and margin-improvement opportunities. Build financial models for business planning, expansion, new product launches, and capital investments (ROI/viability evaluation). Identify cost optimization and operational efficiency opportunities across manufacturing and supply chain. Support working capital management inventory, receivables, and cash flow analysis. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership clearly and actionably. Preferred Profile CMA (India) qualified (mandatory), with B.Com/M.Com or MBA (Finance) as an added advantage. 37 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, Commercial Finance, Costing, or Financial Analysis. Manufacturing, FMCG, agrochemical, or chemicals industry experience strongly preferred especially hands-on product costing in a plant environment. Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and profitability analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, dashboards). Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Exposure to Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Based in Bhopal or willing to relocate (on-site role).
