Senior SAP ESG / Sustainability Lead (810+ Yrs) (Kolkata Metropolitan Area)

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP ESG / Sustainability Lead to drive end-to-end implementations of SAPs sustainability suites for enterprise clients. In this role, you will lead solution architecture, data pipeline configuration for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and core integration with S/4HANA ecosystems. Key Responsibilities - ESG Solution Architecture: Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) , SAP Sustainability Footprint Management (SFM) , and SAP EHS/EHSM . - Compliance & Reporting Pipelines: Configure automated data pipelines to support global sustainability frameworks including CSRD, GRI, CDP, and ISSB . - Core ERP Integration: Connect sustainability tools with core S/4HANA modules including Green Ledger, FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, and SAP Ariba for automated footprint calculations. - Strategic Advisory: Serve as the subject matter expert advising C-suite stakeholders and client teams on ESG digital transformation and regulatory compliance. - Data Governance: Establish data collection, validation, and audit readiness frameworks for corporate carbon accounting. Required Qualifications & Experience - Overall Experience: 810+ years of total SAP experience with specialized focus on SAP ESG & Sustainability products. - Hands-On Expertise: Proven track record in carbon accounting, GHG protocol execution, and data integration across enterprise ERP systems. - Integration Depth: Hands-on experience integrating ESG solutions with core ERP financial and operational workflows. - Availability: Ability to join immediately or within 07 days.
