Position: Costing, Budgeting & ERP Cost Control ( Real Estate Experience) Location: Sion Mumbai Working Days: 6 days Years of experience - 6 to 8 years Key Skills :- Key Skills: Construction Costing & BOQ | ERP Cost Control | Advanced Excel | Budgeting & MIS | Variance Analysis | Value Engineering. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Budgeting & Cost Planning Prepare preliminary, BOQ-based, and execution-stage project budgets.Develop cost benchmarks and per sq. ft. cost analysis for various projects.Coordinate with the Design, Contracts, Procurement, and Project Execution teams to gather budget inputs.Establish project cost codes aligned with the ERP system.2. Cost Control & Monitoring Monitor budgeted costs against actual project expenditures.Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions and cost-saving opportunities.Track project cash flow projections versus actual cash outflows.Conduct monthly cost review meetings with project stakeholders.3. ERP-Based Cost Tracking Ensure accurate cost capture and coding in the ERP system.Monitor the complete procurement and billing cycle, including PR/SR, WO/PO, GRN, contractor bills, and payments.Generate real-time MIS reports and cost analysis through ERP.Maintain discipline in cost heads and data accuracy.4. Contracts & Billing Coordination Validate BOQs, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and Variation Orders.Review contractor RA bills against approved budgets and contract terms.Monitor variation and deviation statements to control project costs.Ensure contractor billing complies with approved quantities and rates.5. MIS & Reporting Prepare Monthly Cost Reports (MCR).Develop Budget vs. Actual dashboards for management review.Conduct project profitability and cost performance analysis.Present project cost reports and recommendations to senior management.6. Value Engineering Identify and recommend cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality.Collaborate with Design and Project Execution teams for value engineering initiatives.Benchmark project costs with market rates and previous projects.7. Audit & Compliance Support internal and external financial and project audits.Ensure compliance with company cost control policies and procedures.Maintain complete documentation of approvals, budget revisions, and cost records.Compensation: 500,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year Work Location: In person .
