This role leads teams to design, build, and deploy production-grade automations on the UiPath platform, leveraging robotic process automation, intelligent document processing, agentic automation, and generative AI capabilities This role combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on coaching of IPA Product Owners, Automation Build Engineers, Solution Architects, Automation Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Automation Support Engineers. The Manager of IPA delivery partners closely with the U.S.-based IPA Center of Excellence (CoE), IT delivery teams, and Automation and enterprise architects to execute against the established automation roadmap, delivering scalable, well-integrated solutions aligned with business priorities and enterprise standards. Working in collaboration with IPA CoE Architecture, AI Product, and Governance leaders, this role drives the adoption and operationalization of AI-powered Automation platform capabilities while ensuring solutions are secure, supportable, and production ready. These solutions advance The Standard's automation and AI journey by transforming emerging AI-powered capabilities into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions that deliver measurable business value. Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, India is a requirement of the role. Mode of Working: This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. While on-site presence is essential for key engagements, flexibility is offered for remote work based on business needs and team alignment. Skills and Background Youll Need Education A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required. A Masters degree in a related field is preferred. Experience Typically requires 810 years of experience within Information Technology and 3+ years leading engineering, automation, or software delivery teams. Proven success delivering automation and AI-enabled solutions with a focus on quality, execution, and operational readiness. Experience leading globally distributed teams through SDLC governance, quality controls, and CoE delivery standards. Success transitioning solutions from Build to Run, ensuring operational readiness and supportability. Experience supporting an Intelligent Automation CoE, including intake, prioritization, governance, portfolio planning, and delivery execution. Working knowledge of intelligent automation, AI, and document processing platforms, UiPath (Preferred), Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, IDP, Communications Mining, and Generative AI capabilities, AI Gateway and AI services. Experience with AI- or data-intensive systems, including understanding how models, pipelines, services, and orchestration layers integrate into production .
