HR Admin Night shift Work from office Job Summary - Candidates who have hands-on experience in managing employee HR transactions end-to-end from a technical perspective. This means they should be able to understand the business process configuration and troubleshoot HR transactional workflows/ approval workflow within the HR system. - The candidates should have worked as a technical HRIS or SAP SuccessFactors consultants/analysts. - The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling core HR processes such as employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, payroll integration, and other employee lifecycle transactions at a technical/system level Key Responsibilities - Maintain employee records and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. - Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, and leave administration. - Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration. - Coordinate with various departments to facilitate efficient HR workflows and employee support. - Update and maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance. - Generate HR reports, dashboards, and documentation as required. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, procedures, and employment-related matters. - Support compliance activities, audits, and documentation reviews. - Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR events. - Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support continuous process enhancement. - Utilize HRIS tools, including Workday or similar platforms, for data entry, reporting, and record management. Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - 2 to 4 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a related role. - Experience working with HRIS platforms; exposure to Workday is preferred. - Working knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and labor law fundamentals. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Ability to work effectively in a night-shift environment. Preferred Skills - Experience with Workday or other enterprise HR platforms. - Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits administration. - Knowledge of HR reporting and data analytics. - Solid stakeholder management and customer service orientation. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. .
