Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS/ERP systems.Perform cycle counts, stock audits, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.Stock Readiness Verify product quality, labeling, and packaging before dispatch or production.Ensure inventory is organized and readily available for order fulfillment.Compliance & Documentation Follow warehouse SOPs, inventory policies, and regulatory requirements.Maintain inventory reports, stock movement records, and audit documentation.Coordination Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Dispatch teams for smooth inventory flow.Manage inbound and outbound inventory transactions efficiently.Process Improvement Identify inventory gaps, stock variances, and operational inefficiencies.Recommend and implement best practices for inventory control and warehouse optimization.Safety & Security Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.Adhere to warehouse safety standards and company policies.Compensation: 25,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
