SAP CO & S/4HANA Expertise - Configure and support: - Cost Center Accounting (CCA) - Internal Orders (IO) - Profit Center Accounting (PCA) - Product Costing (PC) - Material Ledger (ML) - Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) - Margin Analysis - Actual Costing - Lead S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives. - Design integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, PS, and BW/Analytics. - Support Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and S/4HANA Controlling innovations. Stakeholder Management - Act as trusted advisor to business leaders and finance executives. - Present solution recommendations to senior management and steering committees. - Manage cross-functional teams and offshore/onshore delivery models. Team Leadership - Mentor consultants, leads, and managers. - Build SAP CO competency and capability within the organization. - Conduct performance reviews and talent development initiatives. Leadership Skills - Program and project management experience. - Team leadership and people management. - Client engagement and stakeholder management. - Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field. - MBA, CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent preferred. - SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred. - PMP/Prince2 certification is an added advantage.
