Job Title: Resort Operations Executive Experience: 23 Years Location: Chettipalayam, Coimbatore Employment Type: Full-time (Residential) Candidate must be willing to stay and work Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated Resort Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our resort. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality operations, staff coordination, and guest service, with a willingness to stay on the resort premises. Key Responsibilities Assist in the daily operations of the resort and ensure smooth workflow.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and security teams.Monitor staff attendance and share attendance records for payroll processing.Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained.Address basic guest queries and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.Monitor inventory of housekeeping and operational supplies and report replenishment requirements.Coordinate with vendors for routine operational needs.Prepare daily operational reports and update management on ongoing activities.Ensure staff follow company policies and maintain discipline.Support the management team during events, peak occupancy, and special guest requirements.Requirements 23 years of experience in a resort, hotel, hospitality, or facility operations role.Experience in coordinating teams and handling day-to-day operations.Basic knowledge of attendance and payroll coordination.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Must be willing to stay at the resort accommodation.Work Location: In person .
