The opening is for a leading UK Based Online Education Portal Role & responsibilities --Provide high-quality customer support to UK-based Customers -Handle inbound and outbound sales calls -Respond to customer queries via email and phone -Maintain a professional and courteous customer experience -Managing backend operations of the website Preferred candidate profile -Interested in long-term growth and career development -Proficient in IT and telephone-based sales -Proficient in IT and telephone-based sales -Fluent in English(Both Spoken and Written) -Skilled,Reliable and Self Motivated - Remote working allowed with occasional visit to the office as and when required. --Willing to Work during UK Shift Timings 2.30 pm-11.30 pm (45 hours a week / 5 days a week ) -Looking for candidates who can join at the earliest -Preferably looking for Female candidates based in Delhi NCR who are seeking stable long term roles .
