Event Operations Executive

Company Description Humble Events Co. is a Mumbai-based event management company founded in 2022 by Gaurav Angolkar. The company specializes in corporate events, office festivals, weddings, and social celebrations, delivering tailored experiences for diverse client needs. The team oversees the entire event lifecycle, from concept development and planning to dcor, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. Humble Events Co. focuses on creating smooth, well-organized, and memorable events through close collaboration with clients and partners. The work environment is dynamic, hands-on, and centered around creativity and operational excellence. Role Description Understand client requirements and conduct detailed briefing calls/meetings. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and cost estimates. Conduct venue recce and identify operational requirements. Prepare event execution plans, timelines, and checklists. Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers. Ensure all production, logistics, and hospitality requirements are planned and executed efficiently. Be present on-site during events and ensure seamless execution. Handle last-minute changes and resolve issues calmly and efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors before and during the event. Track budgets, vendor payments, client payments, and ensure timely financial follow-ups. Maintain event documentation, reports, and post-event closures. Requirements 25 years of experience in event operations or event management.Strong communication and client-handling skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.Good negotiation and vendor management skills.Willingness to travelPrevious experience in event management, hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.A problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail. .
