Senior Director - Coding Product Management

We are looking for a senior product leader with strong expertise in US Healthcare RCM, AI-driven medical coding, and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) solutions to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of next-generation autonomous and computer-assisted coding products. Role & responsibilities Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered coding and CDI solutions within the US healthcare ecosystem Drive development of autonomous and computer-assisted coding platforms in collaboration with Engineering, AI/ML, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations teams Partner with healthcare providers and RCM stakeholders to solve complex coding, documentation, and reimbursement challenges Build scalable products focused on coding accuracy, compliance, auditability, and operational efficiency Lead and mentor high-performing product teams while driving innovation in healthcare AI Preferred candidate profile 15+ years of experience in US Healthcare, with strong exposure to Product Management / Product Strategy / Healthcare Technology 5+ years of experience in product management roles within US Healthcare Proven experience building or scaling AI-driven medical coding, CDI, or RCM technology solutions Deep understanding of US healthcare coding workflows, including ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, HCC, DRG, CMS guidelines, and payer requirements Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in healthcare, including NLP-based clinical documentation analysis Experience working with engineering and data science teams on AI product development, validation, and deployment .
